Our Maker Life aims to provide an enjoyable experience for all attendees. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to return or exchange your ticket. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds for event tickets.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. However, we may offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below.
Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, including any service fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.Event Postponement/Rescheduling
In the case of a postponed or rescheduled event, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 30 days of the announcement of the new date.Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions, including domestic and international pandemics.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind or personal reasons for not attending.
Failure to attend the event.
Dissatisfaction with the event or specific performances.
Ticket Transfer
If you are unable to attend the event, tickets may be transferable to another person. Please connect with us to process a transfer no later than 48 hours before the event.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
Email Us: Submit a refund request via email at event@ourmakerlife.org with your ticket number & refund reason.
Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email.
Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider,
as it may take some time for your refund to appear.
