We're excited to share our unique Our Maker Life merch with you. When you add an item to cart, you will be able to review our purchase policy, terms of service, and privacy policy before completing your order. Below, you'll also find our shop policies, which cover shipping, returns, exchanges, and more.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, among other major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Venmo, Klarna and PayPal.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are listed in USD, and the total amount will be charged at the time of purchase.
Order Processing
All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through a third-party production and shipping service. This means that once your order is placed, it goes into production and will be shipped directly from our fulfillment partner to you. This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order and making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Processing Time: Typically, it takes 2-5 business days to create apparel products and 2-4 business days for non-apparel items (e.g., accessories).
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping through our third-party fulfillment partner, which handles production and shipping on our behalf.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location and our fulfillment partner's shipping schedule. Typically, shipping within the U.S. takes 2-5 business days after fulfillment. International shipping can take 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier-related issues, which are out of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are custom-made for you through our third-party partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@ourmakerlife.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue, and we will work with our partner to resolve the problem.
Non-Returnable Items: As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color choice, or change of mind. Please carefully review the size charts and product details before making a purchase.

Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order is submitted, it goes into production quickly, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@ourmakerlife.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to our third-party fulfillment partner, you will be responsible for the cost of
re-shipping the package. Please double-check your address during checkout to avoid issues. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Our Maker Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or delivery service first. You may file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, customs fees or duties may apply, depending on your country’s policies. These fees are the customer’s responsibility, and Our Maker Life has no control over or knowledge of these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Product Availability & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all products and pricing on our site are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or adjust inventory at any time without notice. If an order is placed for a product that is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative solution.
