Our Maker Life customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
OML gift cards are exempt from being returned.
OML digital and physical book sales are final.
Return Process
Submit a Return Request: To initiate a return, please connect with us via email at hello@ourmakerlife.org with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please do not send your purchase back before receiving approval.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
Refunds
After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, OML merchandise is not eligible for exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
